Alex is a Development and Leasing Associate at Prime Rock. Alex is responsible for sourcing and executing projects and assisting in project oversight until completion. Alex also manages the leasing of the projects within his team. Before joining Prime Rock, Alex was an Associate at Cushman & Wakefield, a leading global real estate firm. At Cushman, he represented owners, investors, developers, and occupiers of commercial real estate in the leasing and sale of properties and the sale of vacant land for new construction and development planning for build-to-suit projects. Alex holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance with concentrations in Corporate Finance and Mergers & Acquisitions from Siena College.

 

When he is out of the office, Alex can be found surfing, spearfishing, or somewhere out on the water.
