Despite sharing a last name with the legendary Hulk Hogan, Holly Hogan is not related to the famous wrestler—but she does bring her own brand of strength and dedication to the property management industry. With 15 years of experience, Holly currently oversees the property operations of Prime Rock’s national portfolio, managing a diverse range of commercial assets. Prior to her role at Prime Rock, Holly honed her expertise in acquisitions, dispositions, and leasing, which helped round out her comprehensive knowledge of the commercial real estate landscape.  Holly is known for her strategic vision, commitment to optimizing asset performance, and delivering exceptional value.

Outside of work, Holly is married to her husband Brendan, and a proud parent to three children—Hudson, Bennett, and Colleen (Coco). When out of the office, Holly enjoys spending time with her family, whether it’s hiking in the mountains, relaxing at the beach, or participating in the occasional marathon. Holly is always up for a challenge, both professionally and personally.
