From successfully negotiating real estate sales during the middle of the pandemic to cold calling clients and finding leases to fill his buildings, his strengths lie in his character. He understands that his hard work will lead to the realization of his larger goals. Determination has also played a role in his personal life. Michael is a two-time Ironman, an at-home brewer, and an avid golfer.
