Dave is a Construction Manager at Prime Rock. Dave spent the first 8 years of his career at a specialty contracting company in the Northeast managing $100 million of projects where he learned the important fundamentals of construction from scheduling and budgeting to managing clients and problem-solving. Covid-19 was especially trying on the construction industry, and Dave has learned to navigate the ongoing challenges of labor, supply chain, scheduling, and budgeting. He revels in the opportunity to problem solve and makes creative decisions in such a changing world.

 

Dave is a 2009 graduate from Malvern Prep and a 2013 graduate from Villanova University with a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering. Dave and his wife Ellie recently welcomed a baby girl. Dave is very competitive and will most likely make multiple bets during a round of golf or wiffleball at the beach.
