Kyle Wade is a Business Development Representative at Prime Rock.  He is a utility employee and a key figure on various projects including sourcing deals, raising capital, and executing strategies post-closing. Kyle’s enthusiasm brings energy to the Prime Rock team. His excitement for the industry and his role is apparent in how he establishes and maintains relationships with tenants, investors, brokers, and organizations.

 

Kyle graduated from the University of Delaware in 2018 with a degree in finance and entrepreneurship and has been with Prime Rock ever since. Kyle is also a CFA Level 2 candidate. Kyle enjoys keeping up with emerging technologies and the crypto space in his free time.  He loves to meet people and travel to new places. Currently, he resides in Miami’s Brickell district.
